Resolved at the November 25, 1972 LNC Meeting: 

The Secretary shall keep a tally of mail ballots between meetings, and shall destroy the ballots after each meeting. Mail ballots shall not include argument. The term argument shall include whereas clauses.

Note: This was indexed in an official Resolution Index and identified as Resolution 1 therein. That document also seems to note that this was amended via resolution at the April 4-5, 1987 Meeting. This is the language as amended.
