Link to whole pdf from image page
Check out what I did with the agenda on 2016 LPF Convention page - I put the whole path to the pdf in the "link" so that clicking on it open the whole PDF rather than a png image which then has to go to a PDF. I think there is a way to do an image that is just the extraction of a certain page of a PDF which would save the whole step of creating the png. I'll let you know.
