Resolved at the December 4-5, 1982 LNC Meeting:

PERSONAL LIABILITY OF NATCOM MEMBERS: RESOLVED, that the officers, employees, agents, and members of the National Committee of the Libertarian Party shall not be personally liable for any debt, liability, or obligation of the Party.  BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons, corporations, or other entities extending credit to, contracting with, or having any claim against, the Libertarian Party may look only to the funds and property of the Libertarian Party for the payment of any such contract or claim, or for other payment of any debt, damages, judgement, or decree, or any money that may otherwise become due or payable to them from the Libertarian Party. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Contract Provision Liability Clause be included in all contract s.
