The elections for several positions on the Executive Committee of the Libertarian Party of California held at the 2021 state convention were challenged based on allegations of voting irregularities. The appeal was filed by Kenneth Brent Olsen and 13 other central committee members. The Judicial Committee overturned the elections for five positions: Secretary, Northern Area Coordinator, and three At-Large positions.
